Little Athletes offers weekly sports and physical opportunities to parents, carers and children. At our sessions, parents and carers can socialise and access guidance from services that specialise in supporting families.

Three Hills Sports Park

Every Wednesday | 10am - 12pm


Delivered in partnership with Sure Start Children’s centre, the aim of Little Athletes is to improve motor and coordination skills whilst increasing engagement between children, parents and carers.

No need to book – just turn up at 10am for play until 11am, and head up to the cafe for free tea and coffee until 12pm.

Please note these sessions only run during term time.


Improves Motor and Coordination Skills

Presented with a variety of obstacles to tackle, from climbing through tunnels to balancing on beams, sessions provide the perfect opportunity to kickstart problem solving skills!

Boosts confidence through socialisation

The benefits of socialisation for children under 5 are huge, helping them to better understand emotions, expressions and conversation skills.

Time for adults 

Afterwards, parents and carers are invited to head up to the cafe and enjoy free tea and coffee with other caregivers.
